✅ Fitness Education Certificate
Submit your entry-level and most relevant fitness education certificate and degree transcript (if applicable).
By submitting your application, you affirm that any discovery of fake or fraudulent fitness education certificates will result in denial of your registration with Association of Fitness professionals (AFP). Your registration fee will not be refunded, and you will be permanently ineligible for future membership with Association of Fitness professionals (AFP). Additionally, your details will be forwarded to the appropriate government authorities for their awareness and action.
✅ Your Current Fitness Industry Specific CV
This will help with the application process.
✅ First Aid / CPR Certificate
An up-to-date First Aid/CPR certificate is required.
✅ Passport Size Photo
Required for your ID Card.
💵 Payment
A: Personal Trainer, B: Gym Instructor, C: Pre-Choreographed, D: Group Fitness Instructor (Freestyle), E: Yoga Instructor, F: Pilates Instructor, and G: Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive)
PKR 20,000 (inclusive GST) per year.
Before Association of Fitness professionals (AFP) can complete your application, payment must be made (cash or debit/credit card).
📅 Registration Period:
Registration is valid for 12 months and expires on the last day of the month of issue.
